New Moon + 7 Planets in Aries

With Saturn and Neptune moving into Aries recently, this Aries season is extra fiery. There's currently seven planets in Aries with the sun moon mercury Mars, Neptune, Saturn, and Chiron if you've been feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and irritable this week it's not just you. It's in the air.

The sun is conjunct (right next to ) chiron, the asteroid of our deepest wounds, but also great strengths, highlighting, painful, and unhealed wounds, especially relating to our self-worth and identity. Mars, the planet of our energy action and drive is conjunction Saturn, the planet of rules, restrictions, responsibility, and discipline so we've been having a collective energy of restriction around how we move forward. Mercury the planet of communication how we think process information is conjunct Neptune, the planet of dreams, illusions, making things feel particularly confusing sleepy dreamy, or foggy. Mars and Neptune are also in conjunction so even though there's seven planets in the fiery passionate pioneering sign of Aries, most people are likely to be feeling burnt out tired and unmotivated.

So with the sun and moon both in Aries, making it in Aries's new moon there's a lot of weird energy to get through the few days after the new moon, while the moon is gaining light is an excellent time to be focusing on manifesting setting intentions and making new goals for the rest of this year, especially as Aries is the natural New Year's with the spring being a time of blossoming blooming new life and coming out of hibernation.

You can look up your birth chart to see what house the new moon and Aries fall into which will tell you what area of life this energy may show up the most.

Although this past week may have felt stagnant exhausting or frustrating, you can use this energy of Saturn and Mars conjunct to focus on planning, goal setting and detailing out how to move forward. You can use mercury conjunct Neptune to amplify your ability to think big, imagine your biggest dreams, and not prioritize what's "realistic" versus what you truly want. The sun and chiron's conjunction could make this time, feel triggering, painful or bring uncertainty but by acknowledging the wounds, hurt or whatever still needs to be processed, you allow yourself to become stronger, lighter and have more energetic and mental room to focus on what you truly want to create and how you truly want to show up in the world.
